Nidra Into Meditation With Bridgette

Join Bridgette for a deeply relaxing, meditative practice that is open to all levels.
After some very gentle movement, we will use the practice of yoga nidra to help prepare your body and mind for a seated meditation. There will be pranayama (breathing techniques) to draw the senses in and quiet the mind, and visualization that will lead into a quiet, supported seat. In order to bring the experience back into your life, you will learn different mantras (sounds) and mudras (hand gestures) to close the practice with and, of course, a nice savasana.
