This beloved 17th Ave patisserie will be offering the ‘Ahoy! Bounty Hunter!’ hot chocolate made with Valrhona Bahibe Dark milk chocolate, Valrhona Opalys white chocolate and coconut whipped cream topped with Bahibe chocolate sauce and a house made mini bounty bar.

Your favourite plant-based fast food joint will be serving up a Peppermint Patty Hot Chocolate Shake this month, complete with chunks of peppermint patty, peppermint syrup and chocolate sauce mixed into their vanilla ice cream mix. And of course, it’s topped with a dollop of whipped cream!

Element Cafe loves to get creative with their beverages, and this month is no different. They will be serving up two hot beverages including their Heart of Gold, a fusion of caramel and gold chocolate paired with a savoury twist of smoked peppercorn and black Hawaiian sea salt, followed by homemade Dulce de Leche, whipped cream and an apricot coulis drizzle. They will also be offering their ‘Let’s Get Fizzy,’ made with white chocolate, prosecco, homemade raspberry yuzu syrup and finished off with a unique homemade prosecco-infused whipped cream and raspberry powder. Talk about inventive!

Higher Ground is serving up not one, but two amazing hot chocolates for the festival, including their Rockin’ Roca, made with a blend of buttered toffee, caramel and chocolate topped with vanilla whipped cream, caramel and toffee crumble. Option two is a spirited version featuring a twist on tiramisu with steamed hot chocolate, Kahlua, vanilla whip, cocoa power, chocolate sauce and a lady finger on top.

Expect nothing less than delicious and decadent from our resident gelato experts. For this month-long festival, they will be serving their Tira-I-Miss-U, which is made with rich Dutch chocolate melted into steamed milk and garnished with a made-in-house tiramisu whipping cream, and topped with cocoa powder and Italian lady fingers. Make it an adult version by adding Kahlua.

Ollia Macarons and Tea is serving up a classic French drinking chocolate, coined ‘Noisette Chocolat Chaud.’ Made with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, hazelnuts, milk, sugar and fleur de sel, this decadent drink pairs perfectly with their French cookies.

This unique spin on hot cocoa was inspired by Socality House barista’s love of chilli coconut margaritas. It’s made with chocolate, chilli powder and coconut milk, and is topped with coconut shavings. They also have a second hot chocolate option for you to try, influenced by Terry’s Chocolate Orange and made with chocolate, orange extract, cane sugar, milk and dehydrated orange.
