17th ave restaurants have been participating in Calgary’s The Big Taste for years. This year, we have some very special restaurants who are participating in this event. We couldn’t be more excited to have over 15 restaurants participating this year. The event runs from March 2nd – 11th and includes many restaurants throughout the city – including some of your favourite spots on 17th ave!
This 10 day event celebrates all sorts of cuisine in Calgary. It’s pure heaven for the foodies of Calgary. There are 12 culinary events and there are over 90 restaurants participating in The Big Taste all throughout the city.
SIGNATURE BIG TASTE EVENT ON 17TH AVE
The Big Taste holds a signature event each night. 17th ave is a proud supporter of Model Milk for their feature night! MODEL MILK PDR will be hosting a Turf Club Pop-Up on Saturday, March 3 at 6:30 PM for $65 each. Turf Club Pop-Up mimics mid-century American cuisine. This event celebrates the weeklong pop-up with a tasting menu featuring classic dishes and wine pairings. This pop-up runs each night from March 2nd – 11th for the Big Taste.
