Fitness in the Park – Yoga

As a part of Summer on 17th, brought to you by the 17th Ave Retail & Entertainment District BIA, join us every Sunday in Tomkins Park from July 17 to August 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for fitness in the park! On Sunday, August 21, the class will be yoga with Karen Jaques presented by GoodLife Fitness.
Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga is an ancient practice that may have originated in India. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being. Don’t forget to bring your mat!
