La Hora Loca at Heaven Restaurant

Head over to Heaven Restaurant for ‘La Hora Loca’ otherwise known as the crazy hour! Back in Venezuela, this fun tradition is usually done at events or wedding parties, and Heaven is bringing it to their brunch! Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., bring a “crazy hat” and those with the best voted hats gets a gift certificate for $20.00 each.
