If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make the elusive French macarons you’ve come to the right place!
Join us for a 2-2.5 hour evening at our store (810C 16th Ave SW, Calgary) where we learn a little bit about the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips & tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation, and troubleshooting.

Cancellation and Date Changes:
Please note that no refunds are offered on classes; if you need to change the date of your class for any reason we require 72 hours’ notice. You can book a new date or take a class credit. If there is less than 72 hours’ notice, you can transfer your class to someone else, or pay a rescheduling fee of $50 (+ tax) per person (or per class for a private) you’d like to move.
Children: Any children from the age of 12-15 must attend the class with a parent or guardian. Both the child and adult must register for the class.
All classes start at 6 pm at our store in Calgary unless otherwise noted.
