If you prefer to limit your alcohol intake, Uncommon serves up The Sober Bartender, which is a botanically infused non-alcoholic “spirit.” Try it in 4 flavours including Gin Genie, Aperitivo, Dry Curaçao and Vermouth Amaro. Enjoy it with soda, juice, or mixed into one of your favourite cocktails.
Signature Cant-Miss Cocktails
Uncommon also has an extensive list of alcoholic cocktails with delightful options such as their signature Happiness Forgets cocktail. This lavish cocktail boasts an Indian Chai infused rum blend, pineapple and coriander seed syrup and lime juice served over a coconut ice cream ball, topped table side with champagne. I can’t picture a better way to end a day of treating yourself than savouring a beverage like this. They also have a wide selection of classic cocktails with a twist, such as their yogi mule, which comes with Tumeric and Lemongrass infused Organic Vodka, and house-made sugar free black pepper beer. This is a drink that you won’t feel guilt over when you order a second. Uncommon is also able to make a selection of their cocktails gluten free, for those with intolerances.
Uncommon Happy Hour
Stop by their 17th Ave patio for happy hour, which runs Tuesday through Sundays from 4 to 6 p.m. and enjoy specials on their cocktail of the day, pints, organic red or white wine, and their wild berry sangria jug – perfect for sharing.
