Praised by the fitness industry as an innovative workout program, Indo-Row gives members “a workout they can’t find anywhere else” but one that appeals to all people, beginner to advanced.

Row_2_resizedOwner’s Theresa Freeman and Reese Risdon are meshing their business savvy to bring Calgary a new way to get fit in the city with the first and largest indoor rowing studio in the country.

Row_1_resizedIndo-Row’s co-creator, Josh Crosby shares the unique format of the class “captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute.” With Risdon’s passion for fitness and Freeman’s eye for success, this duo was destined to create something dynamic, innovative and fun together. For Freeman and Risdon, 17th Ave was the perfect location for their studio.

It only made sense to open this unique studio in the heart of Calgary’s most dynamic community.
