There’s a new shop on the block, and it’s brought to you by some old friends. The team at The Source is proud to present their latest venture, LESS 17 (930 17 Ave SW) – a menswear apparel and lifestyle destination in the heart of 17th.
An acronym for Limited Edition Source Supply, LESS 17 (pronounced one seven) is taking over The Source’s first and original location in Calgary, bringing an elevated offering to the customers that have grown with them over their 25 years in business. 
LESS 17 will not only offer unique brands and high-quality goods you’ve come to expect from The Source, but will also serve as a venue for music and other cultural events.
“We really see it as a culture hub. People can come and shop, check out some music, some art… have a glass of wine and hang out.” shares Zev Klymochko, LESS 17 Store Manager
The relaxed atmosphere of LESS 17 is inspired by New York loft living, and industrial decor details bring the vision to life. Exposed ceilings, wood paneling and steel accents create a clean and minimal backdrop.True to it’s name, LESS 17 will be a pared down and simple space, letting apparel and other unique items shine on their own.
Photographer Brendan Klem, at one time an employee at The Source, also brings his unique style to the space through the addition of framed photo ceiling tiles, depicting everything from skateboards to cityscapes.
