Cibo Italy Coast to Coast

Come and celebrate the delicious food and wine from four amazing cities across Italy, Chef Glen Manzer will design a four-course menu inspired from each of our chosen cities to experience.
Each ticket includes a welcome glass of prosecco, a four-course plated dinner inspired by each city, gratuity and tax. You can choose to include wine pairings for each course, picked from the region to complement each dish.
Seating is limited as we will only be selling 50 tickets to each of these dinners, so make sure to purchase your tickets early. In the true style of Italy we will be dining at communal tables for the evening to enjoy conversation with others. Purchase tickets for each event and we will give you a gift at the end of the series to enjoy.
Dinner in Pompeii – May 28
For the spring we head off to the ancient Roman city Pompeii, near modern Naples in the Campania region of Italy. Pompeii has been a tourist destination for over 250 years and is one of the most popular attractions in Italy, with approximately 2.5 million visitors every year. Its cuisine took much from the culinary traditions of all the Campania region, reaching a balance between dishes based on rural ingredients (pasta, vegetables, cheese) and seafood dishes.
Dinner in Pisa – July 23
Although Pisa is known worldwide for its leaning tower, it also has a lot more to offer then just one monument. The cuisine in Pisa offers lots of variety and taste, as diverse as the lands around it. From the sea to the farmland and on to the hilly landscape dominated by grain, olives and grape vines to the rugged, wooded landscape. Tuscan bread, made without salt, is an essential element of Pisan cuisine and the base of many canapés which are served as appetizers. (Depending on weather we may dine al fresco on the patio)
Dinner in Alba – October 22
We will finish our fourth dinner on October 22 with a fall inspired menu with the northern city of Alba. In addition to traditional agriculture, Alba is a very important center of wine, in the area of Alba, in fact, there are 290 wineries. The wines of Alba are among the most renowned in Italy and are divided into: (DOC: Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo) and (DOCG: Barbaresco, Barolo, Moscato). While producing some of the most famous truffles in Italy, Alba has developed its own local culinary traditions typical for North Italian cuisines uses more rice than pasta and many braised meats. (Depending on seasonality we may import fresh Alba truffles to enjoy)
