Join local #YYC wellness leaders, Saje Natural Wellness X The Ritual Studio, for a wholistic series focused on developing self-care rituals through the 4 pillars of wellness – Self-Care, Movement, Sleep and Nutrition. Sessions are complimentary to attend and will be held at both Saje in Mount Royal Village and The Ritual Studio in Britannia.
The Ritual of Self-Care // Thursday, September 19 – 7:15 -8:45pm @ Saje MRV
Reconnect to the cycles of nature and reestablish your own unique self-care routine with our inaugural session in The Ritual of Self-Care series. Get rooted into your body with a Sculpt + Define class led by wellness leaders of The Ritual Studio and elevate your self-care with the wisdom of plants and natural wellness led by the wellness experts of Saje Natural Wellness. In this class, you will learn some new movement focused on the wisdom of your body and explore supporting natural products layered and curated to help you feel your best, naturally.
Mindful Movement // Thursday, September 26 // 7:15-8:45pm @ The Ritual Studio
In this session, we will explore a mindful movement yoga flow session led by the wellness leaders of The Ritual Studio followed by a gentle meditation with the Saje wellness leaders and deep dive demonstration of the benefits of essential oils to compliment your movement practices and connect to a more mindful way of natural living.
Ritual of Sleep // Rest, Restore, Routine / Thursday, October 10 – 7:15-8:45 @ Saje Mount Royal Village
This session is a dialed in deep dive into one of the most important routines to support your wholistic wellness, The Ritual of Sleep! Through a guided stress releasing meditation with supporting essentials oils and an informative session on all the aspects that hinder or inspire a healthy sleep routine, our wellness leaders will educate and elevate the power of sleep, meditation and stress releasing techniques.
Trust Your Gut // Nourish, Nurture, Nutrition / Thursday, October 17 – 7:15-8:45pm @ The Ritual Studio Nutrition wellness is more than what you put into your body, it is also what you put on your body, your thoughts, your environment and your daily routine! In our final session, we will connect to our gut with a yoga sculpt movement class focused on digestion and learn about simple nutrition tips and tricks to support nourishing your body with all the pillars of wellness.
