10 Degree Chocolate
Sweet tooth’s beware, there is a new chocolate shop on 17th Ave, and it sounds to die for. TEN Degrees chocolate is a family-run bean-to-bar chocolate factory, café and dessert lounge that opened on 17th on August 13, and serves up quality products like chocolate bars, bon bons and gelato. Their 17th Ave location also features a patio.

Be ready to break a sweat at 17th Ave’s newest fitness studio, League, which offers classes in HIIT, spin and yoga. Although they aren’t opening until fall, they are currently offering 15% off memberships until the end of August.
