Sweet Spring Treats on 17th Ave

Calling all sweet tooths, dessert lovers and foodies, we’ve got quite the list for you! Right now, we’re all looking for ways to take our mind off of the recent announcement of increased restrictions from the government and we think we found the solution – treats! They may not be able to solve any of our problems, but hey, they’ll make us feel better in the meantime. Plus, they taste really, really good! From buttery croissants and handmade macarons to seasonal spring ice cream flavours, here are some EPIC sweet spring treats you can pick up on 17th Ave this month.

Black Sheep

Everytime we walk into Black Sheep, we’re immediately stuck on how to choose between all of their delicious options – do we go for their famous flavoured croissants or French delicacies such as their classic Madeleines or the beloved Paris-brest!? They also have a variety of other unique treats and cookies such as their Oh Eh Oh Cookie or Why Not Caramel, which are both a “must try”. It’s literally impossible to pick just one, so treat yourself and get a few of each. Don’t forget to check out their pantry section, where you can stock up on “made-in-house” jams, baking essentials, French chocolate and more.
