Fitness in the Park – Full Body Strength and Cardio with One On One Personal Fitness

Work off those weekend pints during Summers On 17th! Sundays will kick off with a high intensity sweat session, yoga class or round of boxing in the park, followed by a live classical musical performance to slow things down and wrap up your weekend! On Sunday, August 6 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., break a sweat with One On One Personal Fitness.

This Workout will Entail:

Our session at Tomkins Park is going to be a beginner friendly workout with cardio and full-body strengthening where there will be no shortage of sweat! We will start with a cardio warmup and keep our hearts pumping with some body weight exercises to strengthen our lower and upper body. After that we will follow it up with some light stretching and mobility to get folks on their way to the rest of the day.
